General Questions

Who should attend?
All of our valued customers, at all title levels, are welcome to attend the event. We encourage you to bring your admins, super users, and any of your team members who currently interact with the Vitruvi platform. There’s something for everyone to learn at the 2024 Vitruvi Summit!

What is the dress code?
The dress code is business casual for all events. Dress warm (jacket, gloves, toque) for the afternoon/evening gondola ride and Sky Bistro event at the top of Sulphur Mountain.

What is on the agenda?
High Level Itinerary:
April 2: Arrivals, registration, and evening Welcome Reception and social
April 3: Event kickoff with Bryan McIver, keynote speaker, customer stories and insights showcase, Vitruvi Summit celebration dinner included
April 4: Vitruvi Roadmap, breakout sessions, and special evening gondola and Skyview Experience with dinner with entertainment at Sky Bistro
April 5: Breakfast and departures

Final agenda and session topics will be announced soon.

When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving in Calgary before 3pm on April 2nd to allow sufficient travel time to and from the venue. Additionally, please allow enough time on April 5th to depart from Banff back to Calgary ensuring you arrive early to catch your flight.

The following forms of payment will be accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Payment via purchase order, wire, or check are not accepted.

What is included in my conference registration?
Ticket includes full access to the conference, and all food and entertainment during the event. 

What’s not included:
Hotel accommodations, the required Banff National Park pass, and transportation to and from the event are not included. However, we are providing a 15% discount on Banff Airporter fees to get to and from the Calgary airport.

When is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register for the 2024 Vitruvi Summit is February 24, 2024.

How do I register?  

  1. Register via the form at the bottom of the page
  2. Proceed through the transaction process.
  3. You will receive an email with tickets and receipt.
  4. Your event email confirmation will include a link to the hotel reservation booking site with further instructions on how to book your hotel.
  5. A discount code to book ground transportation to and from the Calgary airport via the Banff Airporter will also be included in your event registration confirmation.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
A registrant can transfer their ticket to another team member at no cost. To receive a full refund, seven business days' notice is required. Any hotel cancellations should be managed directly with the Fairmont Banff Springs.

 

Hotel Accommodations

How do I book my hotel room?
Once you have registered for the event, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the hotel reservation booking site. The deadline to make hotel reservations is no later than March 1, 2024.

Vitruvi has contracted a block of guest rooms at the Fairmont Banff Springs from Tuesday April 2nd - Friday April 5, 2024. We strongly recommend registering early for the event to obtain the hotel reservations link to secure your accommodation. Banff is extremely popular and hotel rooms tend to sell out fast. 

If you have questions, or need assistance while booking your hotel you can contact hotel reservations and customer service directly at 1-833-762-6866. 

What is the discounted rate for the hotel?

The rooms set aside for the Vitruvi Summit are within the Deluxe category. If you'd like to book a different category of room or would like to extend your stay, book early as everything is based on availability. Deluxe rooms are discounted to $495 CAD plus tax per night.

Ground Transportation

How do I get from the Calgary airport to Banff?
All costs to get to and from the Calgary airport will be the responsibility of the attendee. A discount code to book airport transportation to and from the Calgary airport through Banff Airporter will be provided in your event registration confirmation. If you would like to drive on your own, rental car options are available at the Calgary airport at the expense of the attendee. 

It is highly recommended that you book your ground transfer 60 minutes after arriving in Calgary, and two hours in advance of your departing flight to ensure enough time to clear customs, collect luggage, etc.

Destination Details

What will the weather be like?
The average Banff temperatures at the time of the conference range from -4 to +8 degrees Celsius (24 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit). The weather is fantastic weather for skiing and snowboarding.

Is there an entry fee to get into Banff National Park?
Banff is located in Banff National Park. You are required to purchase a Canada National Park pass to enter Banff. Guests need to make their own transport arrangements and can either purchase park passes at the Banff Park gates, or online via this link: Banff Park Passes.
