Vitruvi™ COVID-19 Customer Update

Dear Valued Vitruvi Customer:

Currently, we are all facing uncertainty regarding a virus about which we know little and whose socio-economic impact is proving to be significant.  We will continue to monitor COVID-19 news and rely only on facts and recommendations from the CDC, AHS (Alberta Health Services), and our federal government.  Caring for and protecting our employees, our clients, our families, and our communities is of utmost importance. 

True to our company's primary core value, trustworthiness, we are reaching out to provide you with insight into and assurance around our response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. 

SOCIAL DISTANCING

As recommended by our governing bodies, we are practicing ‘social distancing’.  Our development teams are geographically dispersed and are well prepared to provide continuous customer support and product maintenance.  We have cancelled all travel and moved our entire team to remote work, namely ‘work from home’.  Given that we already rely on remote working systems and processes for most of our operation, you will experience little to no difference in the way you and your teams interact with us.  Additionally, we have asked our team members to adhere to the discipline of social distancing to ensure their safety, as well as the safety of those around them.

ACCESSIBILITY AND DATA MANAGEMENT

We are taking every measure to ensure that your data remains safe and accessible at all times.  We continue to host all customer facing systems, data, and services on AWS cloud infrastructure.  You can expect the same uptime and performance as you would normally.  Once again, our development teams are geographically dispersed in various time zones to provide uninterrupted customer support and product maintenance.
